Introduction
Jedan od starih recepata. Izuzetno jelo za blagdane.
Ingredients
1,2 kg | patke (1/2 patke) |
malo | soli |
100 g | dimljene mesnate slanine |
3 češnja | belog luka |
200 g | masti |
Method
Slaninu iseći na štapiće.
Beli luk očistiti i iseći na štapiće.
Patku dobro posoliti i gusto našpikovati slaninom i belim lukom.
U tepsiju staviti mast i na mast patku.
Staviti peći u zagrejanu rernu na 180° i peći uz često podlivanje 90 min.
Smanjiti temperaturu na 150° i peći još 30 min.
