-4 kašike | mleka |
-1 kašika | maslaca |
-2 kašike | naribanog parmezana |

Method
Celer ogulite, operite, narežite na kolutove pa ga skuvajte u po soljenoj vodi. Potom ga ocedite i zgnječite viljuškom, dodajte maslac, zagrijano mleko i dosolite pa izmešajte u jednoličnu smesu. Pire uspite u zdelu i pospite naribanim parmezanom.
Poslužite uz kuvano i pečeno meso, ribu, kobasice i sl.
