Ingredients
3 kg | paradajza |
3 kg | paprike |
150 g | ulja |
3 glavice | belog luka |
2 | lovorova lista |
biber, so (po ukusu) | |
100 g | sirćeta |
Method
Paradajz popariti, oljuštiti i dinstati na ulju. Kada se paradajz skuva, dodati papriku iseckanu na rezance, lovorovo lišće, so i biber, pa kuvati još 15 minuta. Dodati sitno naseckan beli luk. Još minut-dva prokuvati. Sipati u vruće, čiste tegle i povezati.
