1/50 kg | brašna |
kvasac | |
soli |
Method
Oljuštiti krompir i ispasirati, dodati brašno zatim kvasac, soli. Dobro umesiti i ostaviti da se testo kiseli.
Opet ponovo razmesiti i ostaviti da miruje pola sata zatim staviti u pleh i ispeći. Prijatno.
