Ingredients
4 šolje | brašna |
2 | male kašike sode bikarbone |
1 mala kašika | soli |
1 1/3 šolje | mlacenice |
Method
U veliku činiju staviti brašno, sodu bikarbonu i so. Polako promešati i polako dodavati mlacenicu. Napraviti testo i staviti ga u podmazanu šerpu prečnika 22 cm. Testo raseći u oblik X.
Šerpu poklopiti i testo peći 30 min. na temperaturi 215°C. Posle 30 min.skinuti poklopac i nastaviti sa pečenjem još 10 min.
