Ingredients

30 gsojinog brašna
40 gmargarina
1 mala glavicacrnog luka
1 vezamirođije
1žumance
2 dclpavlake
malozacina (aleva paprika, so)

Method

Margarin zagrejati i dodati sitno seckan luk i sojino brašno, pa propržiti.

Doliti malo vode i sve zajedno pirjaniti nekoliko minuta, dok luk ne omekša.

Naliti čorbu sa 1 l vode, dodati začine, sitno seckanu mirođiju i poklopljeno kuvati na laganoj vatri.

Skinuti sa vatre, dodati umućeno žumance i pavlaku.
