Krem supa od sremusa

100 g | sremusa |
½ l | bujona od povrća |
½ l | slatke pavlake |
1 | krompir |
2 struka | mladog crnog luka |
1 kašika | putera |
so i | |
biber (po ukusu) |
Method
Na zagrejanom puteru malo propržiti 1 do 2 min sitno iseckan luk i sremus, a zatim dodati bujon, pavlaku, so i oljušten i izrendisan krompir. Smanjiti temperaturu i kuvati 10 min.
Masu izmiksati, vratiti da provri (da prebac isamo jedan ključ) i dodati biber.
Supu služiti vruću.
