Ingredients
450 g | jagoda |
2 kašike | limunovog soka |
80 g | šećera u prahu |
250 g | maskarpone sira |
250 g | kvarka (svježi sir od 20% masnoće) |
200 g | piškota |
Method
U posudu staviti jagode, limunov sok i šećer u prahu. Umutiti mikserom.
U 2/3 ove mase dodati maskarpone i kvark.
Ređati naizmjenično, dok se masa ne potroši i na kraju preliti sa 1/3 mase od jagoda.
