Ingredients
| 1 | velika oblanda |
| 1 kg | sitnog šećera |
| 1200 g | jabuka |
| šaka | seckanih oraha |
Method
1
Upržiti kilogram šećera kao za karamel (bez vode). Kad postane braon, u to dodati 1200 g rendanih jabuka. Pržiti dok se ne istopi šećer. Dodati šaku seckanih oraha i kad se malo ohladi, filovati oblandu.

Pa ovo je katastrofa!!! 1kg secera!!! Ovo može da bude ukusno sa bar duplo manje secera.
