20 listova | kiselog kupusa |
100 g | sojine ljuspice |
1 glavica | crnog luka |
2 | šargarepe |
manja šoljica | pirinča |
aleva paprika | |
ulje | |
so i | |
biber po ukusu |
Method
Sojine ljuspice potopiti u toplu vodu da omekšaju.
Propržiti na ulju sitno iseckani luk, šargarepu i sojine ljuspice.
Dodati so i biber po ukusu.
Zatim dodati opran pirinač, sve to dinstati par min.
Zaviti sarmu, ređati u šerpu, naliti malo vode, posuti odozgo malo aleve paprike i kuvati pola sata.
Kada je gotovo zapeći u rerni još jedno pola sata.
