350 g | svinjskog mesa |
200 g | pileće džigerice |
2 glavice | luka |
2 | paradajza |
2 dl | ulja |
biber, so, začin C |
Method
Meso isjecite na manje kockice, a džigericu na komade, pa ih naizmjenično nabadajte na ražnjiće i pecite na podmazanom roštilju. Pospite začinom C i biberom.
Pečenu mućkalicu poslužite uz luk i paradajz.
