| 350 g | svinjskog mesa |
| 200 g | pileće džigerice |
| 2 glavice | luka |
| 2 | paradajza |
| 2 dl | ulja |
| biber, so, začin C |

Meso isjecite na manje kockice, a džigericu na komade, pa ih naizmjenično nabadajte na ražnjiće i pecite na podmazanom roštilju. Pospite začinom C i biberom.
