Ingredients
600 g | mlevenog junećeg mesa |
2 glavice | crnog luka |
3 čena | belog luka |
3 kašike | blagog ajvara |
2 kašike | začina |
so | |
biber | |
veza | svežeg peršuna |
1 | feferon |
Method
Mlevenom mesu, dodajte sitno naseckan luk, beli luk i ljuti feferon, začin C, naseckani peršun i ajvar. Izmešajte, po želji još začinite i ostavite da stoji 30 min. Oblikujte burgere i pržite ih na zagrejanom roštilju.
Poslužite uz krompir ili zelenu salatu.
