Škampi na buzaru

Ingredients
1 kg | škampa |
100 ml | maslinovog ulja |
3 čena | belog luka |
veza | peršuna |
1 kašika | začina C |
3 kašike | prezli |
250 ml | belog vina |
malo | soka od paradajza |
Method
Škampe dobro operite. Na zagrejano maslinovo ulje dodajte isitnjen luk, naseckajte peršun i dodajte prezle, paradajz, začin C i vino. Kad provri dodajte škampe i kuvajte na tihoj vatri 15-tak minuta.
Poslužite uz prepečen hleb.
