1-2 kgšarana
vegeta
so
beli luk
pečurke
pirinač

Method

Rižoto: izdinstati pečurke, dodati pirinač i sipati vodu, kad pirinač omekša začiniti ga i skinuti sa vatre.

Očistiti šarana, zarezati ga i napuniti rižotom,

Preliti belim lukom, a preko šarana staviti nekoliko kolutova limuna.

4

Preliti belim vinom i peći.
