Škampi na buzaru

Ingredients
- | 1kg škampa |
- 4-5 čena | belog luka |
- | maslinovo ulje |
- čaša | belog vina |
- | so&biber |
Method
Na maslinovom ulju propržiti beli luk, a zatim dodati oprane škampe. Poklopiti i kuvati 20-30 minuta. Zaliti vinom i kuvati još 10-15 minuta. Posoliti i pobiberiti.
Može se jesti uz prilog od krompira, može sa špagetama ili na rižot.
