Method
U lonac staviti pastrmke, politi ih maslinovim uljem i staviti na blagu vatru da se polako peku. Dok se pastrmke peku, nasjeckati peršun i tanko isjeći limun. Kada su pastrmke pečene, staviti ih u jedan tanjir i po njima poređati limun, a odozgo posuti peršunom.
