Ingredients
500 g | braon pasulja |
2 glavice | crnog luka |
1 dcl | maslinovog ulja |
oko 1 dcl | jabukovog sirćeta |
so, biber |
Method
Pasulj skuvati, ocediti i malo te tečnosti ostaviti. Izgnječiti ga gnječilicom za krompir, pa dodati luk rendan i kratko prodinstan, so, dosta bibera i sirće.
