Ingredients

800 gknedli od starog hleba
8 komjaja
60 gputera
1 kašikaiseckanog vlasca

Method

Iseći knedle na kriške oko 4 mm. debljine i propržiti na zagrejanom puteru (pržiti do braon – žute boje). Jaja razmutiti, posoliti i preko parčića knedli zaliti. Ostaviti da se zapeku i po njima, posuti iseckani vlasac. Služiti uz zelenu salatu ili salatu od krastavaca.
