Ingredients

-75 dkgsvinjetine od plećke
-5 glavicaluka
-2zelene paprike babure
-1 dlcrvenog vina
-slatka aleva paprika
-mast
-sirće
-so

Method

Meso nasecite na kocke. Na masti propržite naseckani luk, pospite alevom paprikom, dodajte nekoliko kapi sirćeta, a odmah zatim dodajte i meso i očišćenu papriku, narezanu na rezance. Posolite i dalje dinstajte uz dolivanje vode dok meso potpuno ne omekša. Pred kraj dinstanja ulijte vino. Perkelt poslužite s domaćom testeninom ili knedlama.
