Ingredients

4goluba
4 kašikeputera - margarina
200 mlbelog vina
4zrela paradajza
so, biber (po ukusu)

Method

Golubove dobro oprati i prepoloviti, pa na puteru - margarinu, s oba dve strane, malo propržiti.

Paradajz, oljuštiti i propasirati. Propržene golubove zaliti vinom i paradajzom, dodati so i biber i na umerenoj temperaturi oko 25-30 min. dinstati.

Servirati uz krompir pire ili prženi krompir.
