Ingredients
1 | karfiol |
2 glavice | crnog luka |
250 g | besamela |
3 | jaja |
300 g | parmezana |
so, biber |
Method
Karfiol skuvati, i ostaviti da se ocedi. Na ulju propržite sitno seckan luk, dodati karfiol, so i biber, dinstati 5 min. Skloniti sa vatre.
Jaja i besamel umutiti, sjediniti sa karfiolok i dodati parmezan 200 g Sve to lepo sjediniti i sipati tepsiju. Odozgo pospite preostali parmezan, peći u rerni na 180 oko pola sata.
