1 kgparadajza (crveni)
1/2 lmaslinovog ulja
1/2 lvinskog sirćeta
so (po ukusu)

Method

Zreo crveni paradajz, oprati, obrisati čistom kuhinjskom krpom i preseći na pola.

Jednu do druge polutke paradajza, naređati u tepsiju, posoliti i ostaviti da stoje 4 dana na sunčanom mestu. Naređati paradajz u sud (šira tegla) i zaliti maslinovim uljem.

Preko ulja naliti sirće, poklopiti i ostaviti u frižider.
