Ingredients

4-5 šoljakuvane riže
2avokada
2 velike kašikelimunovog soka
1/4 šoljeiseckanog cilantra
1/4male kašike mlevenog kima
1 češanjmlevenog belog luka
so, biber

Method

U veliku činiju staviti kuvanu rižu.

Avokado očistiti, izgnječiti i staviti u manju posudu.

Zatim dodati limunov sok, cilantro, kim, beli luk, so i biber. Sve polako promešati i dodati u činiju sa rižom.
