Ingredients

4tikvice
1 velika kašikamaslinovog ulja ili maslaca
2 češnjamlevenog belog luka
1/2male kašike soli
1/4male kašike bibera
1/3 šoljetostiranih badema
1 velika kašikaiseckanog taragona
1/3 šoljenarendanog parmezan sira

Method

Tikvice oprati i iseći ih po duzini. Zatim ih iseći na komade od 2,5 cm.

U šerpu staviti ulje ili maslac i na srednjoj temperaturi dinstati tikvice, beli luk, so i biber 8 min.

Na kraju dodati bademe i taragon, i dinstati 1 minut. Prilikom serviranja posuti sa parmezan sirom.
