Oguliti tikvicu, iseći je na kolutove i ispržiti je u tiganju da porumeni. Peršun sitno iseckati. Ređati tikvice u činiju i posipati ih vegetom i peršunom, zatim sve zaliti sirćetom i staviti u frižider da se ohladi.
