Ingredients
300 g | pilećeg termički obrađenog otkošćenog mesa |
50 g | kožurice ili druge masnoće (puter, mast, isl.) |
50 g | luka |
1 čen | belog luka |
1 kašičica | bibera |
soli po ukusu |
Method
Meso, kožurice i luk iseći na kockice. Pomešati sa ostalim sastojcima i ostaviti da se sjedini 1 h u frižideru.
Samleti u mašini za mlevenje mesa ili u secku.
Ukrasiti peršunom.
