Ingredients
1 l | vode |
300 g | sitno mlevenog žutog kukuruznog brašna ili instant palente |
1 kašika | soli |
Method
Vodu posoliti, pustiti da provri, pa polako dodavati kukuruzno brašno, i uz stalno mešanje kuvati 30-40 minuta (ako je palenta, 5 minuta).
Služiti po želji sa kajmakom, mlekom, jogurtom, sirom, prženom slaninom, mladim lukom.
