Ingredients
1 kg | špageta |
10 g | soli |
250 g | paremezana |
200 g | maslaca |
Method
Špagete kuvati u slanoj vodi da budu polukuvane (između 7-8 minuta).
Skuvane i oceđene špagete propržiti na puteru i servirati
u plitkom tanjiru.
Preko njih sipati rendani parmezan i ukrasiti pešunovim lišćem.
