Ingredients

1mali bakalar (od 1/2 kg)
1/2 kgstarijeg crvenog krompira
3 dlmaslinovog lja
2 čenačešnjaka
sol, papar

Method

Nakon jednodnevnog namakanja u vodi bakalar očistite, skuhajte i istucite batom.

Na maslinovom ulju popržite češnjak potom ga dodajte bakalaru i kuhanom krompiru te sve zajedno usitnite.

Gotovo jelo ukrasite peršinom i polijte s malo maslinovog ulja.
