1 | mali bakalar (od 1/2 kg) |
1/2 kg | starijeg crvenog krompira |
3 dl | maslinovog lja |
2 čena | češnjaka |
sol, papar |
Method
Nakon jednodnevnog namakanja u vodi bakalar očistite, skuhajte i istucite batom.
Na maslinovom ulju popržite češnjak potom ga dodajte bakalaru i kuhanom krompiru te sve zajedno usitnite.
Gotovo jelo ukrasite peršinom i polijte s malo maslinovog ulja.
