Ingredients
250 g | heljdinog brašna (grubo mlevenog) |
½ l | vode |
250 ml | sojinog mleka |
50 g | butera |
2 kašičice | soli |
Method
Pomešati hladnu vodu, mleko, so, buter i staviti da provri. Pomeriti sa ringle, dodati brašno (promešati) i vratiti na ringlu. Smanjiti temperaturu i uz neprestano mešanje kuvati 15 min. Servirati vruće uz kiselo mleko, kajmak, jogurt ili sir.
