1 pakovanjelisnatog testa (450 g)
peršun
tanko isečen losos
biber

Method

Jaja tvrdo skuvati, oljuštiti, oprati i ostaviti da se hlade. Lisnato testo rastanjiti i iseći na kvadrate 13X13 cm. Testo prektiri sa lososom, posuti sa grubo isečenim peršunom, pobiberiti i na kraju staviti jaje .

Peći na 220°C 20-ak minuta.
