Prije 18 mjeseci, operisala sam sam meniskus koljena. Sve je bilo ok do prije 4 mjeseca kad sam ponovo osjetila bol u koljenu.
Svakim danom mi je bilo sve gore i sada jedva hodam.
Prije neki dan uradila sam MRI. Kad čitam MRI nalaz laicki, čini mi se da je ovo mnogo, mnogo gore nego prije 18 mjeseci.

Postovani doktore Galeb, da li mozete da mi protumacite nalaz?
Ne želim ponovo na operaciju. Postoji li bilo kakva druga alternativa?

MRI nalaz:
Degenerative intrasubstance signal without tearing is seen in the anterior horn of the lateral meniscus.
There is longitudinal oblique undersurface tear of the posterior horn and body of the medial meniscus.
There is extensive degenerative signal through the body and posterior horn of the medial meniscus; the meniscus is extruded. No displaced fragments.

The distal ACL is poorly defined with increased intrasubstance signal and small bone fragments at the tibial footplate suggesting a previous low grade injury. A multilobular fluid signal intensity intraosseous lesion measuring up to 1,6 centimeters is identified at the tibial insertion of the ACL, in keeping with an intraosseous ganglion.

The collateral ligaments and extensor mechanism are intact.

Severe diffuse cartilage thinning is seen in the weight bearing portion of the medial femoral condyle and medial tibia with prominent marginal osteophytes. Diffuse mild thinning with focal moderate thinning is seen at the lateral femorotibial joint space. There is severe focal fissuring of the patellar cartilage with mild focal chondrosis of the the lateral femoral trochlea.

Small effusion with synovitis. Tiny baker's cyst.
The hamstring tendonitis appear intact.

There is focal dephasing artifact with the medial aspect of Hoffa's fat-pad suggesting previous instrumentation.

No fracture.

Summary:
Severe medial joint space degeneration and chondromalacia patella.
Degenerative tear of the medial meniscus
Suspected previous low grade ACL injury distally. Intact hamstring and knee.
