Novi zakon, za mene, tj. od prošle godine je da mreza na kojoj imate telefon zakljucan mora da vam odkljuca isti posle 60 dana od kupovine tj. aktiviranja bez placanja naknade za tu uslugu.
Pozovete customer service i kazete da imate telefon na njihovoj mrezi duže od 60 dana i želite isti da otkljucate. Otprilike uzme 7 dana za celu proceduru, jer mreza salje podatke centru, od koga je telefon narucen, i prosledi vama uputstvo za otkljucavanje sa kodom.
Ja sam zvao T-mobile i sve radi bez problema, nema natezanja otkud vam taj zakon, mi ništa ne znamo, bla, bla... već odmah uzeli podatke potrebne i otvorili proces otkljucavanja.
Poželjno je da zovete sa nekog drugog telefona jer treba da otkucate par kodova da bi dobili zeljeni broj, valjda serijski, koji je potreban za otkljucavanje.

Ja to radim od kad mi je 2004 trebao otkljucan telefon od t-mobila kad sam isao u Srbiju, radio sam i pre mesec dva kad sam isao u Srbiju, plus par puta između za matorce. NIkad nisu ništa rekli, samo im dam IMEI, oni mi posalju unlock code i instrukcije. Izgleda ovako

Ja kad sam pre tražio, jer sam procitao negde da je neko već uradio, nisu mi izasli u susret. Danas je to već zakon, i moraju.
